Team Registration Fee

Registration fee for each team is € 1,600
Registration fee for each companion is € 40 and up to three extra auxiliaries is € 50 per person
Entry form with all registration fees must be completed and received at the Organizing Committee by May 17th, 2010.
Until 60 days prior the event, a 50% of the payment will be reimbursed in case of cancellation of the participation.

Notes for the enrollment

Early registration, received before December 31st, 2009
pays € 1,400 per team
Team Registration fee (€1,600) includes:

Registration up to 15 players of the same category, or 12 players plus 3 officials (manager, coach and doctor) maximum
Registration card for each participant with free admission to all Championship events
Promotional T-shirt of the event
Tournament program
City map with designated sport venues and other Championship events
Diploma for each participant of the Championship
Overtime Magazine
Fimba TV live coverage
Organizing of the whole tournament
Opening ceremony
Competition venues admission
Medals for the first four places and a cup for the winners in each category
Social party, included activity access food and one drink
Lodging organization in organizer’s hotels

Companions

The companions fee (€ 40) includes all the listed above, but (s)he must NOT compete and must NOT be on the bench by the basketball court and will not receive awards.

Waiver

All competitors must complete and sign a discloser waiver and an affidavit of good health and bring a good health certificate as a condition of entry prior to the beginning of the championships.

Delegate Certification Form

All delegates must complete and sign the attached Delegate Certification Form as a condition of entry prior to the beginning of the championships.

Players

Players shall be native or optional have one year or more of residence in the country they play for.
Teams shall have a minimum of 8 players in the following categories: Female 30, 35, 40 and 45; Male 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50+.
Teams shall have a minimum of 10 players in the following categories: Female 50, 55 and 60; Male 55, 60, 65, 70 and 75+.
Maximum of players is 15 (only 12 per game). The playing list with names and jersey number shall be given to the score table 30 minutes before the Scheduled Game.
Each player shall show his/her age by ID or passport.

Teams

All teams must have two sets of jerseys, one light and dark with number from 4 to 15 and the FIMBA logo on any front angle.

Until 30 days prior the event, those teams that for creed reasons, departure time or majeure force need some changes regarding games’ time or date may ask the Organizer. After that date, changes won’t be allowed for any reason.
